We at AirQua realize that customer satisfaction depends not only
on how the product works out of the box, but how well it
performs over time. We are confident in the quality, reliability
and dependability of our products. We will contact you during
the warranty period to check instrument performance and confirm
your satisfaction with our product.
Scope
During the designated warranty period, AirQua will replace
products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship.
Term
The warranty period lasts for 12 months on residential/office
models and 24 months for commercial models from the date of
purchase.
AirQua reserves the right to inspect the machine and parts
submitted for warranty repair to determine the validity of the
claim. Any expenses for transportation to process the warranty
claim are not reimbursable. Damages resulting from shipping,
inappropriate usage, accidents, failure to operate or maintain
the unit according to instructions in the owner’s manual are
excluded. Components subject to wear, such as air filters, water
filters, UV sterilizer, ventilators, ionizers, cables, brushes,
etc., are not included in the warranty. Normal maintenance and
adjustments are the responsibility of the user and not covered
by warranty. Repairs and/or maintenance and/or modifications
carried out by non-authorized persons or dealers, as well as
usage of unauthorized parts or accessories not supplied by
AirQua cause immediate forfeiture of the warranty. In no event
shall AridTec Pte Ltd be liable for consequential damages
arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly.
